Overview

At Amplify Growth Media LLC, we stand behind the quality of our work. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how they are calculated, and how to request one.

Because marketing services involve significant upfront labor — strategy, research, account setup, and execution — our refund terms reflect the work already invested on your behalf.

Our goal is always to make it right. If you're unsatisfied with our work, please contact us before requesting a refund. In most cases, we can resolve concerns through revised strategy, additional deliverables, or a service credit.

Section 02

Monthly Retainer Services

During the Initial 2-Month Term

Monthly retainer fees for the initial 2-month period are non-refundable. This period covers account audits, campaign builds, creative development, and initial optimization — all of which require significant labor regardless of campaign outcome.

After the Initial Term (Month-to-Month)

If you cancel a month-to-month retainer:

  • Cancellation with 30+ days notice — no charge for the following month
  • Cancellation with less than 30 days notice — the current month's retainer is non-refundable; the following month will not be charged if written notice was received
  • Mid-month cancellations — fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable; no future charges will be made

Performance Concerns

If you believe our services are underperforming, we ask that you raise concerns in writing before the end of month 2. We will conduct a full strategy review and implement changes before considering any refund request.

Section 03

Setup & Onboarding Fees

Setup fees cover account configuration, pixel installation, tracking setup, campaign architecture, and onboarding — all of which are completed in the first 1–2 weeks of engagement.

  • Before work begins — full refund available if you cancel before we begin setup
  • After setup has begun — 50% refund if cancelled within 48 hours of setup start
  • After setup is complete — no refund; the work has been fully delivered
Section 04

Advertising Spend

Ad spend — money paid directly to Google, Meta, or other advertising platforms — is controlled by those platforms and is not refundable by Amplify Growth Media LLC.

  • We do not hold or control your ad budget — it is spent directly through your ad accounts or platform billing
  • Unused ad budget at the time of cancellation may be recoverable from the platform directly (e.g. Google Ads account balance)
  • We are not liable for ad spend that occurs due to platform-side issues, billing errors, or account anomalies

For ad spend recovery questions, contact the relevant platform's support directly.

Section 05

One-Time Projects & Audits

  • Marketing audits / strategy sessions — non-refundable once the audit has been delivered
  • Website or landing page builds — 50% refund if cancelled before design begins; no refund after design is approved
  • Content creation packages — non-refundable once content has been created and delivered
  • Training sessions / workshops — refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled session; non-refundable after

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Email [email protected] with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Business Name]"
  • Include your name, business name, service(s) in question, and the reason for your request
  • We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

We encourage clients to raise concerns early. Many issues that might lead to a refund request can be resolved through a strategy call, revised approach, or service credit — often faster and more effectively than a refund.
